1. AI output can be wrong

Every model available through Onaxai, whatever its reputation, can state something false confidently, misunderstand what you asked, or produce an image, a sound, or a video that does not match what you wanted. This is a known property of how these models work, not a bug specific to Onaxai. Check anything that matters before you rely on it or share it further.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing a model says through Onaxai is medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, even if it is phrased that way or cites something that sounds authoritative. For a decision that actually matters to your health, money, legal position, or safety, talk to a qualified professional.

3. Onaxai is a router, not the model maker

We do not build, train, or run the chat, image, audio or video models you use through Onaxai. Chat requests are sent to the model you chose through a model-routing provider; image, audio and video requests are sent to a media-generation provider. The names and trademarks of the underlying models and the labs that make them — including Claude by Anthropic and GPT by OpenAI — belong to those companies, are used here only to say which model you are talking to, and do not imply their endorsement of Onaxai. Each model’s behavior, strengths, and limitations are set by the lab that made it, not by us.

4. Generated content and originality

An image, a piece of audio, video, or text a model generates may resemble existing, copyrighted work, without either you or Onaxai intending it to. You are responsible for how you use what a model generates for you, including checking you have the right to use it the way you intend to, particularly for anything commercial or published.

5. Availability

Onaxai depends on third-party providers (our model-routing and media-generation providers, Stripe, our hosting providers, and the model providers behind them) that we do not control. An outage, a rate limit, or a change on any of their sides can make a model, a feature, or the whole app unavailable or slower than usual, without advance notice from us. We work to keep things running, but we do not promise a particular level of uptime.

6. Links to other sites

A model’s reply may include a link to another website, including from a web search it performed for you. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, or practices of a site you reach that way.

7. How this fits with our other terms

This Disclaimer is part of our Terms of Service, specifically the “no warranty” and limitation-of-liability sections there, which set out the legal limits on what we are liable for. If anything here conflicts with that section, the Terms of Service govern.
